They are hands-on and welcome the one-on-one interactions with clients and families to assess their needs and to accompany them on tours. Their professional backgrounds lend valuable insights on assisting with negotiations, paperwork and move-in process, ensuring that the transition progress is organized and smooth. Being local and present in their clients’ communities allows them to follow-up with their clients even after the placement is made.
Christine Schultz has been working in the financial services, real estate and architecture fields for over 20 years. Her personal experiences in managing real estate decisions while balancing fiscal constraints has prepared her to assist families in finding the best aging in-place solutions. Having acted as a fiduciary for most of her investment career, she understands the value of having a well-resourced advocate on the team, a role she enthusiastically fills for the families she represents. She is an active member of Urban Land Institute, where she is focused on senior housing research and trends. Christine earned her undergraduate degree in Architecture at UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a California Real Estate Brokers License.

She specializes in memory care needs and high acuity services and can offer families a practical perspective into care planning. Through her direct care experiences, intermediate nursing classes, and volunteer work at hospitals, she offers her clients a 360 view in assisting through a delicate transition process. Caselle earned her Associate Degree in Biology from San Diego Mesa College and is currently perusing a Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at San Diego State University.
Rebecca Van Wieren
Rebecca Van Wieren has been working as a real estate professional for over 16 years. Rebecca began her career at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, then escalated to Prudential California Realty in Del Mar to become a member of one of the country’s top-producing real estate offices selling some of the most exclusive and desirable homes in San Diego County. She has been helping seniors in transition from active living to retirement, and retirement to aging-in-place, most notably for the past 4 year while working as a salesperson on the La Costa Resort Villas sales team. Rebecca has a Bachelor Degree in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising from San Diego State University. She has been a licensed REALTOR since 2003 and carries designations as Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Certified Distressed Property Expert.
Hannah Sebahar is a media and marketing consultant, specializing in helping entrepreneurial businesses launch and maintain an internet presence. Hannah has worked with healthcare and sports related companies in Southern California and Eugene, Oregon since 2011. Having been exposed to a family-owned medical practice in Carlsbad at a young age, she obtained a well-rounded approach to helping the Senior Care Authority Team communicate their mission of helping families with senior placement in San Diego County. Through her experiences producing events, developing community relations, and creating multifaceted marketing strategies, Hannah has been able to showcase the team’s healthcare and real estate expertise.
